In the more than 23 years working for the private sector I supported a significant number of projects related to the integration of customs processes into the logistical, and digital landscapes of various foreign trade actors. In addition I was advising the industry how to act efficient and effective under the legal framework and by meeting the obligations and restrictions. • EUROGATE - Customs concept for the deepwater port of Wilhelmshaven, Germany
• Part of a comprehensive Quality Management around the customs clearance solutions for the German market ( in particular certification, conformance testing and integration of services / functionalities regarding the connection to the German Customs owned declaration and clearance system ATLAS  )
• Government Excellence Programme / UAE = assessement of the Customs Services of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Federal Customs of the UAE
• Needs assessment and development phase of PCS approaches outside of Europe - Nigeria; Sri Lanka
